Gate Manager Software (Guard gate Software)

• Search for a guest on a resident’s guest list-> the guard has the ability to search a resident’s guest list to verify the guest at the gate is on the list.  The guard has the ability contact the resident to verify whether to allow or deny access.
• Guards also have the ability to process the different types of guests, for example, service personnel, (handyman, AC company or Comcast…) Family members, a onetime guest, delivery…
• Guards have the ability pull reports.
• Drivers license swipe verification.
• Print directions to the resident’s street.
• Respond to flash notes sent by residents
• Optional, take pictures of the guest at the guard gate

• Administrative staff has the ability to create addresses and add directions to that address.
• Add residents to addresses and fill out pertinent information, such as, phone number, email address along with a password (which the residents will use to access their own access control panel).
• Add different developments in the property
• Run reports
• Send news or information to the residents to their access control panel for viewing, such as an upcoming meeting or road construction alerts etc.

• Resident can add or edit their profile. This allows them to add kids, family member or spouse to their profile
• Add a guest to their guest list and choose if it’s a service personnel, delivery or permanent guest.
• Check their history to see who has visited in the past.
• Add a party list which allows for more than one person to be entered at a time.
• Send suggestions to the administrative staff and also the iSecure.inc.
• Place out of town notices
• Change password and also request that the password be re-sent if they forgotten.
• Create a pin number which associates with their record to allow a guard to add someone to guest list.

iSecure is a web base access control software company.  Managers, staff and residents have the ability to be anywhere in the world and access the system from an internet capable areas.
 Our servers have an uptime of 99.9 percent. We offer redundancy in our software that if the internet goes out at your location there is a local copy stored on the system that allows guards to continue function. When internet connectivity is restored, the changes made will be uploaded back to the main server. No information is lost.
